ADETs engagement model is designed to align with how enterprise procurement and facility management operate. The starting point is rarely a contract — it is a Built Environment Performance Assessment (BEPA) that maps the current state, identifies gaps, and aligns investment with operational priorities before any work is scoped.
From BEPA, every engagement follows a disciplined three-phase delivery model: Consult, Deploy, Operate. The same accountable team owns the work from the first conversation through ongoing managed operations.

Most ADET engagements begin in one of four ways:
A building renovation that requires a technology scope; an existing facility experiencing technology problems and needing a diagnosis; a new construction project requiring
a Division 27/28 trade partner; or an organization seeking vendor-neutral guidance before committing to design or budget. Whatever the entry point, the model is the same: assess, plan, deliver, operate. One accountable team across the lifecycle.
