What We Deliver

Pre-Construction Planning

Every project begins before the first wire is pulled — with detailed installation drawings, product submittals, and coordination with the GC, design team, and other trades. Conflicts are resolved on paper, not on the job site.

Dedicated Project Management

A single project manager owns each engagement from award through final acceptance. The same person who planned the project runs it — no handoffs, no knowledge gaps, and a single point of contact throughout.

Submittal & RFI Coordination

ADET manages the full submittal process — preparing documentation packages, responding to design team questions, and tracking open items through resolution. Nothing moves to installation without approval.

Commissioning & System Testing

Every system is commissioned and tested before handoff. Audio levels are measured, cabling is certified, control systems are verified, and security systems are tested zone by zone. Clients receive documented results.

Closeout Documentation

At project completion, ADET delivers a full closeout package — record drawings, equipment warranties in the owner's name, operation and maintenance manuals, and test result documentation. Everything needed to operate, maintain, and warranty what was built.

Change Management & Staff Adoption

Structured staff orientation, written operational guides for every space, and a dedicated transition period during which our team supports your team — ensuring new systems are adopted with confidence, not just installed and forgotten.

Post-Installation Support

ADET returns after installation to address any adjustments, answer questions from daily use, and confirm the system is performing as expected — at no additional cost.
